This policy explains what information KHATAR TECH ("we") collects through khatartech.com and how we use it.
Who we are
KHATAR TECH, by Husein Khatar, builds business systems and apps. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, phone/WhatsApp, email (optional), country/city and your message — only what you choose to send.
- Emails you send us at [email protected].
- On your device only: your language choice and the state of the interactive demo are saved in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us. The demo uses fictional data.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, schedule a demo or a call, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell your information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets), and emails in Google Workspace. The website is served by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
